Description
Koshary— a staple and undeniably Egyptian dish. Interviewee Khaled Rabbah describes it as a cheap meal made from different shapes of pasta, lentils, chickpeas, vinegar, fried onions, rice, and tomato sauce. The dish was purchased from Koshary Abou Tarek, a restaurant established in 1950.
