Abeer Mukahhal
About this Interview
Abeer Mukahhal was interviewed by her son and AAST 3151/HIST 3672 student, Muhammad Budair, in her home on February 5th, 2022. In this interview, she discusses her years living in the Middle East and touches on specific ideas such as her personal freedoms and ability to do what she wanted and needed as woman in the Middle East. She also speaks about her experience as a woman living and traveling in Oman and the U.A.E. Although it is not the focus of this interview, it is a window on the experience of the Palestinian diaspora.
